U.S. sued over Michelle’s secretive ‘family outing’
Written by Ed on August 28, 2011 – 11:00 pm -Judicial Watch has filed a lawsuit over the federal government’s refusal to disclose how much taxpayers spent to send Michelle Obama on a “family outing” that included a safari in Africa.
The organization, which investigates and fights government corruption, earlier documented what appears to many to be the extravagant spending by then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Records showed Pelosi cost taxpayers $101,000 for in-flight food and alcohol over a period in 2008 and 2009. At one point she instructed the Air Force to provide chocolate-covered strawberries for a snack, since it was her birthday.
“Dark chocolate preferred” was the order.

Deer Hunting True Story

Finally, some honesty in big buck hunting stories …
Here’s a picture of the new world record whitetail buck.
It was taken by the cousin of a co-worker’s sister’s, uncle’s, best friend’s, son-in-law’s, niece’s hairdresser’s, neighbor’s ex-boyfriend’s oldest nephew. Reportedly it will score 2603-1/8 by B&C standard and was shot in West Texas on a really windy day, 85 degrees downhill, around a curve at 900 yards with a .22 cal. rifle.
Supposedly, this deer had killed a Brahma bull, two Land Rovers, and six Jehovah’s Witnesses in the last two weeks alone. They said it was winning a fight with Bigfoot when it was shot. It has also been confirmed that the buck had been seen drinking discharge water from a nuclear power plant.
All this has been checked and confirmed on Snopes.
Really. Honest!!!

Obama also announced that the Secret Service and Maxine Waters continues an investigation of the quake’s suspicious ties to the Tea Party. In his August 23 Washington Times column, Charles Hurt fearmongered over the Obama administration’s new immigration policy prioritizing the deportation of criminals by claiming that “you can bet some of these illegals who had been headed for deportation will manage to sneak in a few votes. Maybe even enough to swing the election.” Hurt further compared Obama to a “dictator currying favor by releasing political prisoners just before an ‘election.’ ”

Tea Party Group Slams Rep. Waters Over ‘Straight to Hell’ Outburst
Written by Ed on August 24, 2011 – 11:08 pm -A national Tea Party group urged Democrats to adhere to their own calls for civility after Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters told a restless crowd over the weekend that the “Tea Party can go straight to hell.”
Mark Meckler and Jenny Beth Martin, who lead the Tea Party Patriots, suggested President Obama should step in to put a check on the overheated rhetoric.
If a conservative said something like this about a democrat, they would have hell to pay.
