   interesting bit of editing. it is more important to focus on this crap. instead of removing the outsourcing the jobs in America. it is more important to have rich people getting cheap labor. this is very pathetic and Lame.

   Cat – nobody says we shouldn’t focus on resurrecting the economy or on changing the things you say we should; in fact, BHO is not making any progress on these fronts either- all that is happening with “focusing on this crap” is to remove the imposter/usurper who is leading us further and further from our established historical roots and rule of law [our Constitution] that this nation has built over centuries; he is undoing [due to the power he has wrested] the strength of this nation in a program designed to create sevcere dependency by many on a government that will eventually dominate all walks of life if the true control is not rightfully restored to the American individual; and it is not simply an Obama issue, but his fraudulent theft is a major component of our continued deterioration

   an attack on Obama is NOT an insistence on the extension or creation of big business favoritism, or half the things you claim; it is about removing a sore, not about creating/sustaining other ones

   Really Zoomie, I didn’t know that the prez has so much power. I still am trying to understand how he has been undermining the constitution. which laws have been signed that is responsible for the current anarchy running loose. I have not noticed the troops running around the streets trying to keep order. the last 8 years we had the patriot act and the loss of Habeas corpus and not a lot of the so called patriots that are so worked up now, they didn’t even get worked up about it.. Fox news didn’t even make a peep or have it running any where near the news that the acorn scandal. must be OK to remove rights if it is in line with the conservatives or the republicans. so I think that a lot of people are projecting what they would like to happen to justify any act of criminal behavior.

   My specific instances are things that you either don’t accept or that you overlook; my appraisal of Obama undermining the Constitution stems from:

   a) I DON’T believe that he is legitimately entitled to have run; that if he were in fact correct and legitimate, that proof would have been produced instead of spending so much time sealing up records [in an administration that ran on the platform of open and trnsparent government]
   b) the Obamacare package whereby Congress/he mandates the purchase of specific products by individuals, removing the right of a person not to spend their money as they choose, instead forcing everyone to purchase something, and if not to a satisfactory level [as determined and edminsitered by the IRS] to be directly levied as a penalty
   c) the “stimulus” package [which was really a union and bank buy-out (buy-OFF??)] again governmentally intervening in an area with little [if any] Constitutional precedent

   there are more “little” things [his "Czar" entourage of rotating rejectables and political posers, including the most High Emmanuel] along the way that show that his regard for the right of the individual to endure only limited government, his respect for the due processes of government as established in law, and the respect of the States’ rights to all activities not specifically reserved to the federal government in the Constitution, is non-existent, and he is instead grabbing the power into WDC and his personl or delegated control

   your examples of the Patriot Act and suspension of Habeus Corpus were the direct outcome of a physical lethal attack on the nation itself, and a response to an actually implemented threat and attack, not just the imaginings of some lunatic fringe– there are countless examples throughout history of the need and the prudence of such measures being taken and maintained until such time as the threat abates; as I remember from the last time I was in an airport [Friday], the threat level is still at Orange, therefore the threat has not abated

   so don’t “Really Zoomie” me about the Prez not having power; the examples that I have cited were all spearheaded, championed and ramrodded through Congress with the express approval and direction, using his party’s power, of a usurping socialistic “Chicago-style” political boss intent on soldifying his position by making the electorate completely dependent on him and his system for their very sustenance

   and dupes like you overlook that trend and want to blame “the last eight years” as the root of everything; I would suspect that you will cling to the position that O-messiah has been unable to undo the previous administration because he has only been in office for less than two years, but beginning in November, he will be unable to make progress because he has less than two years to go, and we [the big bad big businesses and all the rich people] will have unseated the Democratic stranglehold on our economy and ruined to programs that he launched that “would have made all the difference”

   Zoomie for you first point, his birth cert has been shown verified and examined. now the same conspiracy buffs have tried to show that it is a forgery. but I am still wondering why they are not able to explain the newspaper notice. the only thing that I have seen is that several nuts (orly taitz, being the biggest one) have repeatedly have requested the cert so many times that they stopped access to the cert from the gov office. now if you dont like the health care mandate then why are you not screaming about the state mandate for auto insurance. don’t conservatives have a personal responsibility belief that a great deal of them do not follow themselves?

   for the last one, the golden boy W did the bail out. for the stimulus would you just have businesses fail and more people out of work? or should it be closer to “aren’t there any work houses?” union graft no I dont think so. it was graft for some companies just like the two wars and the expansion of the homeland security dept. but is Obama a citizen of this country YES. is this still a stupid and/or lame attempt to subvert our country . YES the same people that have trashed the economy are the one that say they can be trusted again. nothing they have done has worked (thirty years should be enough) but the right wing as figured that O would be able to fix everything in a matter of days. well you have higher expectations than anyone would have. it will take time. ram-rodded? there you go projecting again..

   Cat: a long form with doctor, hospital and so forth has never been produced, and the sealing of records includes his [all the way back to pre-kindergarten] school records for Pete’s sake; why?? because he could not attend school in Indonesia unless he were a citizen there [under Barry Sortero] so he had to have renounced American citizenship [if he were entitled to it inn the first place]; he traveled to Pakistan during a time when no Americans were allowed to go there– using what passport?? what nationality did he claim there?? his university records have been sealed because he attended college on scholarships/programs reserved for foreign students, what’s going on there?? every single record regarding this man has been sealed to prevent open inquiry

   automobile insurance is not mandated in the same manner as the health insurance [where the government sets up a sibsidized "public option", at the expense of those bastards, the rich]; if you are found not to have auto insurance, as opposed to the health care mandate, the IRS does NOT have the right to access your bank funds directly and take out what they feel is apporpriate; each State determines what is adequate coverage, and each State underwrites providers of automobile insurance, not the Federal government, so it is NOT a Federal mandate, nor is it therefore a violation of the Constitution, as is the federally-mandated healthcare– isn’t it amazing what a few facts will do to irelevant claims?

   you mean to tell me that Obama did NOT ramrod “HIS healthcare plan” through Congress?? with all of his public speeches and efforts and claims that he would make this happen, that it was a cornerstone of his program and that he was hanging his political hat on the concept; there is absolutely NO projection in this; he personally met with “resistors” in the Democratic party to make sure that they knew that they would suffer the irreversible displeasure of the President [and of course his marionettes Pelosi and Reid] if they did not get on board

   businesses that needed to fail without the stimulus would have failed [or been bought up by surviving companies], and that is the way things should work; businesses that misled investors criminally should have been punished; investors that had been too stupid to conduct due diligence and instead bought a “sales pitch” should not be protected from their own idiocy; people working at the failed institutions would have been out of work for time, but healthy businesses would have picked up the slack; the healthy banks [and other companies] would have picked up the market share that the failed ones lost, and jobs would have been resurrected as the demands of the public [remaining relatively unchanged] overpowered the then-current capacity of the successful businesses

   the jobs loss would not have been “softened” in the press by the addition of temporary Census workers, nor by the inflation of IRS agents, but by actual productive workers instead of governmental minions, again increasing the dependency of more Americans on a huge central Federal government for their very existence

   and suing a State for trying to enforce an existing law that the Federal governement has refused to enforce?? Come on. When States have to take these matters in their own hands, to fight our own government in order to protect their borders and their citizens, when POTUS sides with a foreign government against this State, how can that be anything BUT subversion

   don’t hang your hat on the usurpation issue, critical as that might be; even were he legitimate, his actions are subversive and repugnant to a free America and to a strong and independent [from an increasingly tyrranical goverment] electorate

   I’m not a democrat nor republican but I have noticed democrats always fight back by using what a republican did wrong rather than justifying what they are fighting for. Has anyone else noticed this cat?

   actually Ed I have found that both sides will do this.. Now for Zoomie I have not found anything except for some right wing sites that bitch about not having any access to O’s stuff. as far as the ram-rodding the health care if it was as bad as all of the conservatives thought is was we would have had the public option. not a watered down version that was done to get republican support. and of course they bailed. must be part of conservative values to say one thing but do another.. I do wish that the politicians would walk the walk and have some honor. now for the state to be sued well the prison system in Arizona is a private company and would make out big if the law was enforced. must be that horrible federal money that the states would sell their children to get more of.. personally I dont see the tyranny that everyone is seeing. doesnt seem different than any other year in government. when Clinton went to Serbia no one was screaming tyranny. it must be only tyranny if you dont agree. and one last question if government is the problem then wy would we want to have one? (anarchy) and or why would the same that dont like government are fighting so had to get into government work? O’s birth cert was and has been seen by the governor of Hawaii (republican), or is the only acceptable thing is for Obama never to have been elected at all? it was two questions..

   The March 22 Washington (com)Post…headline “House passes health-care reform bill without Republican votes”

   The House voted 219 to 212 to approve the measure, with every Republican voting no. 34 DEMOCRATS Also voted NO!. The reason your precious public option was stricken down is that the DEMOCRATS didn’t have the votes to pass it. If you would choose to remember the whole arm twisting of the Blue Dogs DEMOCRATS and the Bart Stupak dealmaking, and getting an Executive Order from Obama promising no Federal funding of Abortion, which turned out to be worth as much as used toilet paper??

   Of Course your dear lib’s exempted themselves from living by the rules that all of us piss-ant Serfs will have to abide by.

   As far as Serbia – the Republicans typically support intervention in genocide so they didn’t scream at Clinton – and the Democrats never scream about military force when their party is in the whitehouse…Where was Code Pink….Nowhere until Bush took over, then it was OK to go back to throwing bricks though the windows of recruiters and trying to handcuff officials a public meetings.

   The Certificate…the Lefty cry is always that nothing will ever be sufficient proof. I see a consistent call for the long form Birth Certificate, and questions about Pakistan travel when it was NOT ALLOWED for americans to go….Cat Tell me how he visited Pakistan then, because he was barred under a US passport, so it was likely either Indonesian – so renounced his US citizenship or Kenyan. No other possibilitioes.

    Cat- does asking for access to what is for every other American a public record constitute “bitching” in your little universe? Why is it not simply inquiry, and legitimate at that, to ask to have public access to such a simple document?

    And I have a problem that I am sure you can help me with, since I am sure you know the answer, having maintained a similar position yourself in many of your arguments: why is it that, with a Democratically controlled Congress for his last two years, “the President’s control” kept Congress from doing what it [the Democrats] wanted and the bills [or lack of bills] were all W’s fault, hence all the blame on Bush for “the last eight years” [rapidly slipping away as the Usurper persists], yet even with a Democratically-controlled Congress, the Usurper cannot be expected to have his way with Congress in the way W did, and therefore the bills [or lack of bills] are NOT his fault because he has only been in office for 40 percent of his elected term??

    it is tough to follow your ramblings at times, but let me try to address what I THINK you wre trying to get to on the health care bill but missed: you see, it’s not that the Republicans/conservatives/ignoramuses [whatever you choose to call us] do not want quality health care for all; it IS that they feel the government has no business mandating coverages, sources, pricing, who pays and who doesn’t; it is not about denying health care to a select group- it is about restraining government to its rightfully intended limited role, instead of expanding to the Democratic ideal of a cradle-to-grave nanny state

    and what does “who operates the prison system in Arizona” have to do with the issue of illegal immigration? I am not advocating incarceration, I am advocating deportation; and the question to be resolved is the enforcement of an existing law, not the addition of anything new, and then for the Federal government to have the temerity to sue a State because that State wants the Federal governemnt to enforce its own law??

    and what does Clinton [which one?] going to Serbia [which time?] have to do with anything that we have been discussing?? nothing – just another red herring to deflect the argument from seeking and discovering facts in conversation

    to me, the only acceptable solution [too late] would have been that Obama would not even have been a CANDIDATE without definitive proof, let alone be elected; he should never have STOOD for election without proof

    government is not the problem [read the Declaration of Independence: "That, to secure these rights governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed"]; encroaching government is the problem, overextended government is the problem; invasive government is the problem; reading further in the Declaration: “that, whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it, and to institute a new form of government”

    anarchy is not the answer: might makes right; quickest gun; biggest stick

    government as detailed in our Constitution is a world-changing concept that has yet to be surpassed in providing for the highest possible quality of life for the widest range of citizens; and the Usurper wants to punish those who have achieved the American dream of success in order to reward those who have simply stood in the wings watching others do the heavy lifting

    no zoomie I think that the conservatives want health care but only if you can afford it. if you cant like everything else on the conservative list of things s that if you dont have the money well I guess it sucks to be you. I would like to see how far the congress will get with a budget after trimming off a bit of defense, medicare, and social security. if you are so against the notion of socialism, have you purchased your own health care insurance? not used medicare? stopped using your pension? or social security. as far as you paying into social security if you live longer than 5 yrs after retirement then you have pulled all that you have paid into this socialist program. and as far as the “earn it” quote so the bankers playing with our money in a casino is OK because they earned it. and they earn it to have a bail out when they failed? or is just OK to steal from the working folks and then give big bonuses when you screw up?

    you know – until you answer a question or two without simply sidestepping and introducing alternative universes, there really is little point in maintaining a dialog [if that is what it can be called] with you

    you never once addressed the initial question about why not just show a birth certificate like everyone else has to; make it a public record like everyone else has to; allow inquiry into its validity like everyone else has to

    you never addressed the second point: why Bush as the President could control a Democratic Congress and keep it aligned to HIS agenda, yet the Usurper cannot get a Democratic Congress to align to his agenda in time to make a difference in two years

    as to health care, I do believe that each individual is entitled to the premium care that each person can afford; I think that each American [including legal immigrants] and all legal visitors to this country are entitled to basic necessary care at any hospital, which they would all receive since no hospital can turn away “emergency” care, and there are designated hospitals in every comunity [such as Ben Taub here in Houston] that are commited/designated for indigent/non-payer care; so it is not a matter of people going without, it is a case of [as in Connecticut] having government money to pay for hair transplants, boob jobs, unnecessary wellness checks [a couple a month] and other extravagances as mandatory health care coverage; health care should provide a minimum safety standard for all, not all the medical care one could ask for

    somehow defense and budget cutting got thrown in there [it is now part of the new liberal talking points, I guess, to be mentioned in any discussion as a "now what" diversion?]

    yes, I have purchased my own health care insurance when I could afford it; I took advantage of company contributions at times, and I paid the whole premium myself when it wasn’t there; when I could not afford it, I simply did without, hoping not to get sick, and had I done so, there are hundreds of charities and organizations that could have been turned to for support

    I have not used Medicare since I am not old enough yet; I have no pension that I am using yet, although I do have two coming from companies into whose retirement plans I contributed for many years; I understand the dynamics of the Social Security fiscal scheme [or should I say scam] in that Social Security was NEVER intended to be a retirement income but instead a retirement SUPPLEMENT; however, over the years, the Democratic powers and the entitlement mentality have led to the notion that it is, in fact, to be the entire basis of most retirements, a fallacy that is going to cost my children and their children untold financial distress and heartbreak once the system DOES collapse, which it must until people return to viewing it as merely a supplement and not a full plan

    I do not see how the immoral monstrosity referred to innocuously as “bail out” can be considered “earning” in any fashion; bankers “earn” the right to play with “our money” in a casino [whether it is fgurative or real] because we continue to invest in their banks; if we stop investing in banks that gamble with our money, those banks will have to stop; they will slowly run out of investors to bilk, and the “real” bankers will have “earned” it

    and of course, it is NEVER right to steal from anyone, like when the government takes my money without my permissions to give it to people that I don’t know for programs that I don’t support when I need it at home just as much as [if not more than] they do

    answer questions, give facts and avoid name-calling – it makes one seem much less like a strident harpie and more like a thoughtful respondent
