Young fellow doesn’t looks too thrilled!
Saw this on a message board, a member that is a Vietnam Veteran with a son that just returned from Iraq posted:
My son is at Ft Bliss now. He just returned from Iraq with a Cav squadron a couple of weeks ago.

At morning formation yesterday they asked for volunteers to go sit in the DFAC and listen to Obama. Absolutely nobody in the whole Squadron stepped forward. The CO said that if he didn’t get any volunteers absolutely nobody would get their post deployment leave. Nobody would come forward. When that bluff didn’t work the CO told the CSM to pick the five who scored the lowest on the last PT test in the Squadron and send them.
