Pretty good

Written by Ed on January 14, 2010 – 11:00 pm -

Glenn Beck put up a graph that showed past presidents, and the percentage of each president’s cabinet appointees who had previously worked in the private sector.
You know– a real life business, not a government job?

Roosevelt – 38%
Taft – 40%
Wilson – 52%
Harding – 49%
Coolidge – 48%
Hoover – 42%
FDR – 50%
Truman – 50%
Eisenhower – 57%
Kennedy – 30%
LBJ – 47%
Nixon – 53%
Ford – 42%
Carter – 32%
Reagan – 56%
GHWB – 51%
Clinton – 39%
GWB – 55%
And the Winner of the Chicken Dinner is…
Obama – 8%

YES, THAT’S CORRECT… EIGHT PERCENT!
And these are the guys holding a “JOB SUMMIT” recently. That ought to go really well!

I’m gonna go out on a limb here, I know, but I’m gonna go ahead and predict…Mr ‘Knowitall’ doesn’t need or want any advice on how to best destroy an economy.

yes with W’s cabinet the only people that got rich were his cronies. all kinds of tax cuts and still the jobs went away..after eight years of bush and him burning money like firewood on a cold night, I think that if Bush ad his boys could not destroy The USA I doubt that Obama could. So lets see Bush starts with a surplus and ends with a deficit and a recession, and people are freaking out. get a grip. if it doesnt work then impeach him or vote him out in 2012 and vote the brain surgeon Palin (who quits in the middle of a term).

Gosh – good to see you back again Catzilla, and you seem to have lost none of your intellectual standing

Clinton’s “surplus” that all our Dem friends like to wave in our faces was achieved by two basic means: first by “funny money” accounting and shifting the costs of the growing SS benefits into different accounts, and second, by “selling off the military”; under Slick Willie’s leadership, he deactivated a military force that, had another country “bought it” would have been the fourth largest military power in the world; he reduced the number of military personnel to the point that we became a target for bands of outlaws, while before the “sale” even the most powerful nations n earth would not attack us; W has had to spend as much as he had in order to repair, or compensate for, the shortcomings that Willie’s “fire sale” created

welcome back, always amusing to hear your positions

I noticed that every time that someone proves that your boy Obama has done wrong, Dems comeback to show what a poor job some other person has done. I do not approve of the job Bush has done but I would like to give Palin to prove herself. I hope that she doesn’t run as a Republican because I believe that would hurt her. I believe more people need to listen to Glenn Beck. If he was wrong with what he says, don’t you think he would be notified by the White House to the truth? No word from the WH, doesn’t that tell you something or are you like Dave Letterman and have your head shoved up Obama’s ass so far that you can’t see the light?

must be a double standard. if ayone thinks that Palin should take a crack running the country. Who would replace her after she quits? and I dont agree with some of the things that Obama has done, but after 8 years of neo-cons I think someother group should give it a try. cant screw up any worse than Bush, and it dont look like we have hit the ground.. but Glenn beck s still wrong and he hasnt been right about anything. And I have watched his show. I personally think that he is racist and a facist.

    from wikipedia:
Fascism opposes class conflict, blames capitalism and liberal democracies for its creation and communists for exploiting the concept.

and I have heard the same things out of ecks mouth..also on fox news…

I said it once before and I’ll say it again. “YOU CAN”T FIX STUPID” Catzilla02 if you like Obama so much, why don’t you become one of his Czars?

Possibly, but the type of Government that ws experienced during the Bush admin was a type of socialism, but that didnt help anyone but the rich. Ironic that the rich got all this money and still shed jobs, Before Obama was elected. Agree or dont, the only folks that did good were the terrorists and the Rich. and the republicans are still touting Tax cuts. well the tax cuts havent been removed for the rich and yet they are not spending any money creating jobs and they support sending jobs overseas (tax credit for that) qand that was in the last admin. As far as beng one of the Czars I would like to have been one in the Bush admin (you could screw up and get a medal of freedom) I think that Obama would have a more stringent rules or performance, something like a real business. and it loks like you dont have to tw the party line (the president is right and any questioning of the admin is helping the terrorists)

Well Cat, I guess if you just muddle your reasoning real well, and replace facts with what you hear from Keith Olberman, then it makes you absolutely right. Seems to be the standard format for arguments coming from the left.
