Using Microsoft Narrator

Many people don’t realize that ever since XP, Windows has included a built-in Narrator program that can convert text to speech, thus reading aloud to you what’s displayed on the screen. The XP Narrator doesn’t work with every program – but it does work with Internet Explorer. Here’s how to turn it on:
Click Start | All Programs
Click Accessories
Click Accessibility
Click Narrator
