Do Your Customers Know How to Find You?
Written by on November 26, 2007 – 4:20 pm -As odd as it may seem, a number of ecommerce websites don’t tell people where they are located — or they say something vague like “Located in Georgia.” Does that mean Savannah or Tbilisi?
Always be sure that your website has a Contact Us page with your physical location, phone and fax numbers, and email address (or contact form). If you don’t have a storefront, consider renting a mailbox from someone like The UPS Store. These are often set up to look like office addresses:
1234 Main Street
#217
Anywhere, USA 00000
Your customers will be more confident about buying if they know where you are located.
If you need help managing your site or adding new features, we are only a click away. Look for Web Tips on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays each week.

Having Multiple Clocks in Vista
Written by Ed on November 25, 2007 – 10:00 pm -How would you like to keep up with time in different time zones? A solution is multiple digital clock in the sidebar, but if you don’t need them to be quite so bold you can configure Vista to display two additional clocks when you hover over the clock in the system tray. Right click the clock in the tray and select Adjust Date and Time Settings. Click the Additional Clocks tab. Click the Show This Clock checkbox for each clock you want to display and choose the time zone. Give each clock an appropriate name (such as “Iraq”). Click OK.
Now when you hover over the clock in the tray, it will display Local Time and the two alternate times.
