Interesting comment at the end of the article by RS. In Colorado: “Now you can unilaterally divorce your spouse and be award 40% of your spouses paycheck immediately after throwing him out of the house!”
It is as bad in Alabama. I am 55, if I married today in five to ten years my wife could divorce me and take 1/2 of everything I have worked for since I was 20 years old.
NOPE.. another marriage is not in my future unless it is a 30 year old sexy model with a net worth of 50 million dollars.( I think I am very safe.)
