Reminds me of the times when I was young and my parents and I went to Montana every year to see my Grandparents. We used to camp in a small out of the way campground at Flathead Lake. On the nearby mountain, grew the biggest patch of huckleberries we had ever seen (had to watch out for bears though). The next morning after they were cleaned, we would have huckleberry pancakes for breakfast, and honey bees would come and land on our plates to get the syrup. They never stung us…if we got too close to them, they would flap their wings at us to let us know we were getting to close. And yes, we encountered a bear a time or two.
