Photos of my new baby!
Written by chuck on September 6, 2007 – 7:16 am -My girlfriends cat had 3 kittens and she gave away two and had one left. I need a cat like I need another hole in my head, I named her Dinky and she is very sweet and loveable.
Lupe is a 7 pound longed haired Chihuahua, next to him is Lady, a very good 70 pound dog and of course Dinky. In the background is Bit Bit, a Maltese and she is my girlfriends dog.
The dogs sit on the porch and watch traffic go by. They know if the go down the steps into the yard they will be locked inside for the rest of the night. My dog have been doing this for seven years and when I met my girlfriend two years ago she was not sure her dog could be trained to stay on the porch. After three or four times of having to be locked inside she learned quickly. The $64.00 question, will I be able to train Dinky to stay on the porch?

Dear Chuck, hope that by now, you have been able to teach Dinky to stay in the porch. Most of the times,cats learn but not as fast as the dogs. I’m a cat person and at this moment have six plus I’m cat-sitting for a friend that is moving and looking for a house. Most of my cats are very well educated.

Pachuca… not yet, she still runs down the steps, but she does not run off. It is getting cooler so we don’t sit out as often. Thanks for reading OLS.
