Got it to work today chuck, I’ve seen this before, and I know for a fact this man knows what he is talking about. If congress does not change something, this country is in deep trouble. Tony Blair once was asked why he liked the U.S.A. so much. His comment was I gauge a country by how many people are trying to get in, and how many are trying to get out.

This reminds me of what the experts tell those of us who are caring for elderly parents: Take care of YOURSELF first in order to be able to continue your caregiving.
We have to start taking care of the USA!

I’m not an immigration law expert – but I am a mathmatician / statistician. This video is using statistical oddities to skew the math and make the problem seem larger than it is.

Total population graph of the last 110 years. Doesn’t look like such a massive increase since 1960 now does it?
Also look at the census data for immigration broken down by year: http://www.census.gov/statab/hist/HS-08.pdf
You can see the spike from 1989->1991 that is skewing the data.
I’m not here to flame. I just want to say that before you make up your mind about something like this – you need to get the whole picture. Do your own research – find out what the pro-immigration people are saying and see if what they say makes more, or less sense than this guy. I’m not saying he’s wrong or right, but I doubt the situation is as bad as he makes it out to be.

It appears to me that his is the politicians way to import a younger labor force to support the ailing social security fund.
This does not cure the problem, it only delays it!
Not very good long term thinking, but just long enough to get re-elected!

Fantastic presentation, very dramatic, big problem! Problem? Yes, it only shows the SYMPTOMS, not the CAUSE. The cause is UNRESTRICTED births. The United States, the Church and the non-thinking others have lead us down the primrose path predicted by Malthus well over a century ago. The presentation really does not matter; we all most likely will die well before that of the also predicted: Four Horses of the Apocalypse. There simply is not sufficient room nor resources on this planet to nurture the potential population. Global warming is merely another symptom of this onrushing problem. Most people subliminally understand this and thus are relaxing their previous civil restraints to enjoy what life they may have left.
Has this all happened before? Think Sodom & Gomorrah.

i think the numbers have nothing to do with what is happening today. one word he said in passing describes america today. assimilation. the blacks have never wanted to assimilate and no one entering the country today does either. if you don’t want to be a us citizen, and don’t want to accept and embrace our culture, you don’t belong here. there is no constant as change. but to think you are entitled to change and demand some sort of change to a country that has prospered for over two hundred years is insane. yet we let it go on.
