I had the same problem with my old cable co. and what was worse was calling them for service, I got someone in another country. I dropped their service after a few years of hair pulling, and went to Bright house. Would you believe if you call for service you actually talk to someone in your area, wow. and coming out for repair, same day service. And no i don’t work for them.
